The Learn to Train course arranged for Wednesday 27th January in St Ciaran's Ballygawley has been CANCELLED. The next learn to train course will take place on Wednesday 24th February in Loughmacrory at 7:30pm.

Lotto Result (21/01/10) The numbers were 7, 23, 26, 28. 29. C Hannigan won £100 with four numbers.

After all the adverse weather conditions bingo is returning to St Enda’s this Thursday 14th January at 9pm at Healy Park with £4000 in prize money including the £1000 house and two £500 houses and 17 other useful prizes.

There is also a chance to win the £5000 top prize in the club lotto which is drawn at the bingo.

Lotto £25 winners were: Micheal Cunningham, Peter Mc Kenna, Davy Chism, Paul Meldrum, Pauline Mc Kenna, Ciaran Canavan and Tony Rodgers .

The Minors play Kilcoo from Down this Sunday 24th January at 1.30pm at Shaws Road, Belfast in the Ulster Club Championship Final.

Gaelic Start is cancelled this Saturday but will resume on 30th January.

There will be no indoor 'Hurl-In' for adults next Wednesday 27th but sessions will resume on Wednesday 3rd Feb, 7-8pm.

The club will be entering a side in the Tyrone indoor hurling blitz for P5-6 boys this Saturday in Omagh Leisure Centre at 10.30am. Anyone interested in assisting with youth hurling this year should contact Dominic McClements on 07725351643 ASAP. All help would be appreciated.

The annual dinner dance will be held in the Mellon Country Hotel on Saturday 30th January. Tickets for dinner dance are available from John McElholm, Seamus Hannigan Vicky O'Hagan and Bernie Doherty.

There is a Conditioned Games for Football course in Youth Sport Omagh on Monday 25th Jan at 7.30pm and a Learn to Train U10’s & U12’s in St Ciaran’s Ballygawley on Wed 27th Jan at 7.30pm. Cancelled. Both courses are free of charge for Club Coaches.

The Ulster GAA Coaching and Games Development Conference will take place on Saturday 30th January 2010 in the Glenavon House Hotel in Cookstown. This year’s conference targets coaches who are working with youth players from 13-18 years. Places are open to all coaches at a cost of £20 and includes lunch and an excellent Conference Pack. Deadline for Registration is Monday 25th January 2010. If anyone is interested in doing this course please contact/text Paul Breen (07866094211) before Sunday 24th January.

Club player Christiane Hunter was part of the UUJ side that beat Fermanagh 2-18 to 0-2 in the Dowd cup on Sunday, she lines out for the students again on Thursday against Monaghan. Christiane has been awarded an highly acclaimed and sought after Ulster Council GAA bursary. The young defender is one of only a handful of Ulster lady footballers to pick up the accolade.
Well done to Dearbhla Harpur, Shauna Browne, Kerri-Anne O'Hagan and Orlagh McNamee who were selected to attend the Tyrone Trials, all 4 girls put on a fine display of quality football, Congratulations to those that reached the next stage of trials.
