St. Enda's seniors and reserves recorded two great wins today over Visitors Greencastle at Healy Park. While the reserves secured a 0-12 to 0-7 win in the opening match, the seniors finished with ten points to spare, although they were made to fight hard in the second half.
Despite trailing 0-7 to 0-3 at the break, Greencastle fought back to level the game at 0-9 to 1-6 by the 49th minute but three late goals in succession from St. Enda's substitute Cormac O'Neill, Paddy Doherty and Jason McAnulla put the result beyond doubt. Senior scorers - Conan Grugan 0-5, Jason McAnulla 1-1, Cormac O'Neill 1-0, Paddy Doherty 1-0, Ronan O'Neill 0-2, Ryan McBride, Rory McBride 0-1 each.

St. Enda's 2-7
Cookstown 0-9
New senior manager Seanie Meyler got his 2013 All County League campaign off to a winning start at Healy Park today after a well deserved win over the 2012 All-Ireland Intermediate champions Cookstown. Goals in either half from Jason McAnulla were the decisive scores for St. Enda's but it was a solid all round team performance in a tough game with the defence doing a great job to keep the Cookstown men at bay in a challenging final quarter.
St. Enda's Reserves 1-8
Cookstown Reserves 1-11
Unfortunately the Reserves just failed to get the result they needed when they fell to Cookstown by three points. The game was level at half time 1-3 to 0-6 with the goal coming from Lee Brown just before the break and although St. Enda's edged ahead early in the second half, a goal for the visitors was the spur for them to take control.
