Failte
St. Enda's has a lot to offer our members and in 2013 we hope that you will continue to avail of the excellent facilities and activities we have to offer. Just take a look...
Facilities
Healy Park is now one of the premier GAA grounds in Ireland with a modern 5,000 seater stand offering excellent facilities for both the Omagh St. Enda’s and Tyrone supporter. We also have a fully-equipped gym exclusively for our members (over 16 years of age) – and it’s free of charge - while our players benefit from spacious dressing room and warm-up facilities. Our modern social club also offers members the opportunity to relax in the company of friends and enjoy the range of events being organised for their benefit.
Our Games
Across all the age groups, men, women, boys and girls, St. Enda’s fields up to 24 teams each year. Indeed we are the only club in Tyrone to actively promote Gaelic Footbal (male and female), Hurling, Camogie and handball as a single GAA club unit. This year an incredible six St. Enda's players are on the Tyrone senior football panel - Joe McMahon, Justin McMahon, Conor Clarke, Ronan O'Neill, Conan Grugan and Barry Tierney. From Gaelic Start to Seniors, St. Enda’s offers top Gaelic Games activities for all – regardless of your interests and ability.
Social events
In 2013, a new range of new social activities will offer something for all our members. Amongst some of the most popular weekly activities which are being organised for members include: - Irish Language Classes, Ceili Dancing Classes, Bingo, Family Quiz Nights and Lounge entertainment. Our Social Club is open weekly, Thursday – Sunday from 8pm to 11pm, and the lounge can be reserved – free of charge - for any of your special family occasions, such as birthday parties, Christenings etc – subject to availability.
Other activities
Over the years St. Enda’s has built up a range of other sporting and social activities for all members – not just in Gaelic Games. Our Cycling group continues to enjoy the benefits of cycling but if those activities are not your scene, there’s an opportunity to shoot some Pool in the Lounge or simply relax in front of one of Omagh’s biggest screens where all the day’s big-game TV action can be viewed.
