Historic Week - In a week of major significance for Omagh St. Enda's, we could have hardly wished for a better start to our 80th Anniversary celebrations with the club celebrating a range of great results last Sunday. The one point win for our U21s in the final of the Ulster Club Championship against Mayobridge will live long in the memory of the players and those who were at Creggan and it was a fitting climax to a long campaign for the squad and their management team.
Scór winners - Within a couple of hours of that victory came the news that three of our senior Scór acts were crowned Tyrone champions in the county final in Coalisland with titles going to our Ceili and Set Dancing teams while Emma McFarland picked up the Recitation award. Commiserations to our two Ballad groups and to the Novelty Act who were very unlucky not to win.
Railway Cup - To top off all the joy on Sunday, Joe McMahon earned himself a Railway Cup medal after helping Ulster to a win over Munster in Armagh. Well done to everyone.
Anniversary Mass - Sunday's stream of good news helped to make Tuesday's 80th Anniversary Mass a wonderful event and we thank everyone for turning out in support.
